Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. Stay tuned as we expand our shipping options!
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly with the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, email us at forest.of.blades@gmail.com.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.
What items cannot be returned?
We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, sale items, or gift cards.
Products
Are your incense sticks and candles safe to use indoors?
Yes! Our incense sticks are non-toxic and charcoal-free, and our candles are made with natural soy wax. Always burn candles and incense in a well-ventilated area and never leave them unattended.
How should I store my candles and incense?
Store candles and incense in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve their fragrance and quality.
Orders & Payments
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly! If you need to make a change, contact us at forest.of.blades@gmail.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
